Returns & exchange policy

This policy will only be applicable if the item/order that you wish to return is purchased via www.bunkuya.com.

Purchases from Bunkuya physical shop will not be eligible to this policy.

Exchange is allowed within 7 calendar days upon date of the parcels delivered, subject to the following terms & conditions:

  • Items to be exchanged should be in original condition:
  • With any related accessories & tags attached with it.
  • All packaging must be unmarked in any manner.
  • If these conditions are not fulfilled, any unreasonable, it will NOT eligible for exchange.

Please note that:

  • Exchange the returned item with another item is permitted.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be exchanged as a whole set.
  • If the product you wish to exchange is higher than the original purchased price, a top-up of the balance amount is required.
  • If the product you wish to exchange is at a lower price than the original purchased price, any remaining balance will be refunded through cash or an online transfer.
  • If the item has been discounted by promotion, the amount of exchange item(s) will be based on the net paid amount.

Please note under this policy, Bunkuya reserve the right to deny the exchange & return of:

  • The items are not returned in accordance with our exchange policy
  • Exchange requisitions are made after the redemption period (7 calendar days upon the date of parcels delivered).

How to submit a return & exchange request

Should there be any dissatisfaction with the received product & wish for an exchange, you will need to request one via email ([email protected])within 7 calendar days upon the date of parcels delivered.

Items for customers to note:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If Bunkuya does not have any more stock, you may wait until we are able to source additional stock of the desired product.
  • Exchanges may apply for the same product of a different colour or for different products that serve the same function at the same price. Such exchanges are subject to a mutual agreement between you & us.
  • Any exchanges for products of higher price will require additional payment to make up the price differential.
  • Please note that any postage & handling fees is rely on customer’s side. We do not bear for the additional fees charged for the return & exchange of products.
